Edit Configuration
Edit Configuration tool allows you to configure the Triaster Server including Publication, Alerts and Approvals settings. It is available by default. However, in order to use the tool, you must have the Edit Configuration privilege associated with your user account. This can only be set (using the Edit Users tool) by a user with Admin permissions on all libraries. This is because the Configuration Settings tool acts across all libraries.
Configuration settings are divided into the following categories:

| Alerts | These settings determine the Triaster Server's system of email confirmations and reminders on a global, library or individual site basis. By default, review overdue alerts are only issued for maps in the Live site. |
| Approvals | These settings control the Triaster Server's system of email confirmations and prompts during the approval process. By default, approval reminders are issued on Prelive sites. |
| General | Enable or disable Mobile HTML generation and specify the path to the Properties.xml file on a global, library or individual site basis. |
| ManageThemes | Specify folders where documents are stored and configure the News tab in Process Library on a global, library or individual site basis. |
| News | Specify folders where documents are stored and configure the News tab in Process Library on a global, library or individual site basis. |
| Print Tool | Select the global print options. |
| Publication Settings | Choose archiving and versioning options for the publication process on a global, library or individual site basis. |
| Quick Search | Choose the global Quick Search tool options. |
| Search Maps | Choose Search Maps tool options on a global, library or individual site basis. |
| Toolbar | Choose which tabs are to be displayed in Process Library on a global, library or individual site basis. |
In most cases, you can change the configuration globally, or at a library or site level.
WARNING: Changing certain fields in a GLOBAL SETTINGS section will update the corresponding fields in ALL libraries and ALL sites. Changing certain fields in a LIBRARY SETTINGS section will update the corresponding fields in ALL the sites of the selected library.
